The Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to lead our team at Bras N Things Belconnen Store. This is a Part Time position, working 30 hours per week, with a Sunday to Thursday roster.

  • You'll inspire memorable customer connections by setting a positive example.
  • Develop and assist your team to achieve store budgets and KPIs.
  • Manage high stock volumes, process deliveries, and maintain a clean and organised store environment.
  • Promote strong communication skills, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate your team during quieter periods.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks as required.

Salary Information

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 AUD, depending on experience.
