Early Childhood Education Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of ELC Vacation Care Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of all aspects of the ELC Vacation Care Program, including supervising groups of children in a safe and stimulating environment.

  • Create a secure, harmonious, and engaging atmosphere for staff and students.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate daily routines in consultation with other staff members.
  • Organize staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels meet the required ratios for the number of students attending sessions.

A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification is required, along with a current Provide First Aid Certificate and experience working with children aged 3-5 years.

An optimistic attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to relate to students and parents from diverse backgrounds are essential. Effective leadership skills, organizational abilities, and time management skills are also required.
