Deputy Principal – Secondary Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Christian leader to join our team as a Deputy Principal – Secondary. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in secondary education and be able to translate vision into action.

Job Overview
  • The Deputy Principal – Secondary will provide instructional and pastoral leadership to create engaging learning environments.
  • They will collaborate with the Director of Curriculum and other relevant school leaders to create and implement effective school policies that foster academic success.
  • The Deputy Principal – Secondary will also manage and mentor secondary staff, fostering a positive and professional working culture.

  • Provide strong strategic thinking and planning skills to drive academic success.
