Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Position:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our team of professionals in the delivery of asset management, maintenance, and construction services.

  • Delivery of Services: Maintain overall tactical and transactional delivery of services.
  • Management of Deliverables: Manage planned, corrective, and unplanned deliverables within compliance, contract, and KPI timeframes.
  • Site Management: Work within a safe and efficient manner to manage day-to-day interfaces between operational management, site management, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality maintenance planning.
  • HSEQ Compliance: Ensure site compliance with HSEQ policies and procedures to maintain a sustainable safety culture.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in facilities maintenance, trade management, and/or scheduling or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.

  • Relevant Trade Qualifications: Possess relevant trade qualifications.
