New Graduate Occupational Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wollongong. This role provides comprehensive training and support for a new graduate in an Adult Physical Disability setting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of adult physical disabilities, including neurological conditions, MND, MS, spinal cord injuries, and TBI.
- Conduct home assessments/modifications, equipment prescription, manual handling plans, ADL assessments, and other services.
- Work across clinic, community, and work-from-home settings within a 30-45 minute radius of the clinic location.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Full AHPRA registration.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle.
- Comprehensive training program before seeing clients.
- Ongoing support through weekly supervision, monthly professional development days, and a dedicated chat platform.
