Your New Role

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proven experience incorporating generative AI technologies into transformation programs to enhance insight generation, solution design, and strategic execution.
  • Leading the planning, coordination, and end-to-end delivery of significant CXO transformation initiatives.
  • Translate strategic objectives into scalable, actionable delivery plans.
  • Consult across various professional and academic stakeholders to ensure relevance, alignment, and adoption of transformation outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop internal capability and a high-performing team culture.
  • Facilitate governance, risk management, and interdependency tracking for major initiatives.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
  • Significant experience leading large, strategic programs or portfolios in complex environments, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • Ability to consult and influence across a wide range of professional and academic stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the higher education sector, including institutional structures, policy environments, and strategic planning processes.
  • Proven experience contributing to policy, framework, or system development at a portfolio or enterprise level.
  • High-level skills in program design, strategic delivery, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership capability, with a track record of developing individuals and teams.
