Job Overview

SAP Academy for Services & Consulting - Project Manager Associate role.

This 12-15 month graduate program starts with classroom-based learning and rotation opportunities within a predefined focus area.

The Role

You will support experienced project managers on large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects or lead operational projects/small engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project managers on large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects
  • Lead operational projects or small engagements
  • Conduct project planning activities and support execution of large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects
  • Manage sub-project groups to supervise/represent a team within a large project program

Proficiency in Tools and Procedures

  • Position SAP delivery methodology — Activate, Agile, Best Business Practices and Integrated Tool management with the customer and project team
  • Work with partners, customers and SAP teams to enforce adoption of Rise with SAP methodology and tools (e.g., CALM, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP)
Requirements

To be successful, you should have:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent tertiary study
  • 0-3 years' work experience with customer-facing roles
  • Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative
