This role acts as a key resource to ensure that project goals are met through effective support and collaboration.Some of the Responsibilities include:-Providing key support with planning, executing, and monitoring strategic and departmental projectsTracking progress on key projects, preparing regular status reports and presentations for reviewCoordinating with division heads to gather input, monitor timelines, and ensure project deliverables are metPreparing and maintaining project documentation, including timelines and action plansScheduling and facilitating project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-ups are documentedAssisting in resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting for project-related activitiesIdentifying delays, escalating issues to the General Manager, and following up on corrective actionsSupporting change management processes during project implementation phasesLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project deliveryA Successful Candidate Will HaveStrong understanding of project management methodologiesAbility to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects on time and within budgetProficient computer skills, highly organisedSkilled in problem-solvingFamiliarity with hotel operations, departments and workflowsUnderstanding of guest experience and service quality standardsA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
