Renal Care Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced Renal Care Manager to join our team at Weebleworld. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, leading and mentoring nursing staff, and managing the financial performance and growth of our Renal Care Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care in the delivery of dialysis treatments through directing and coordinating patient care
- Maintain a patient-centric environment that encourages the transfer of knowledge into practice
- Lead and mentor a nursing team, including supporting nurses on the floor
- Review monthly P&L statements to help manage financial performance
- Maintain strong relationships with the local Renal Community, hospitals, referring nephrologists, key regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for operational, contractual, and/or supplier improvements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Current RN Division 1 Nursing qualifications, with a minimum of five years nursing experience in dialysis therapies
- Several years leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
- Commercial/business experience, including financial and operational management of a clinic
