Orthoptist to Ophthalmic Practice Manager


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthoptist to take on a challenging and rewarding role as an Ophthalmic Practice Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a renowned Ophthalmology practice.



Responsibilities
  • Provide medical administration expertise to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Leverage prior experience in the Ophthalmology industry, preferably as an Orthoptist, to drive business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective people management strategies to enhance team performance and engagement.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organization, interpersonal, and time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Maintain a customer-focused attitude to deliver exceptional patient care and satisfaction.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in medical administration with experience in the Ophthalmology industry.
  • Prior experience as a practice manager or relevant leadership experience.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
