About the Position:

The Data and Reporting Analyst will collect, analyze, and report data to support strategic decision-making within the retail planning department.

This role ensures data integrity, develops insightful reports, and provides actionable recommendations to optimize inventory, sales, and merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret retail sales, inventory, and forecast data to support planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Collaborate with planners, buyers, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and sales performance.
  • Support demand forecasting and replenishment strategies by providing historical data analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting processes and recommend automation opportunities.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role, preferably within a retail environment.
  • Experience with retail planning systems, ERP, or POS data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting tools.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
