Teaching Opportunity at St Canice's Primary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate K-6 Teacher to join our school community and contribute to the education and growth of our students.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position involves teaching students in Kindergarten to Year 6 and requires a sound knowledge of and commitment to our Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire a love of learning in students and create a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse backgrounds, needs, and abilities.
  • Evaluate student progress, diagnose barriers to learning, and provide feedback to parents/carers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Education and compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation.
  • Ability to work with children and maintain industry currency in teaching practices.
  • Commitment to the Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education.
