Drive Customer Success in Cybersecurity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of our Awareness Platform.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to customers on cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and awareness simulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities to drive business value and ROI through targeted campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • Proactively manage and mitigate risks, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
  • Cultivate advocacy by turning satisfied customers into brand champions, securing testimonials and case study opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including ability to handle technical setups and liaise with support or engineering teams when needed.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with confidence and credibility in negotiations, upsells, and renewals.
  • Proven track record of handling a similar-sized Book of Business, juggling multiple priorities, and adapting to varying customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust-based relationships internally and externally.
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
