Senior Clinical Skills Trainer

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Lecturer, Senior Clinical Skills and Simulation Educator. As a key member of our clinical teaching staff, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of high-quality educational programs in clinical skills training and simulation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver clinical skills training and simulation activities within high- and low-fidelity learning environments;
- Develop and implement educational innovations to enhance the educational experience of our students;
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple campuses to design and deliver curriculum;
- Maintain currency in registration from the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and stay up-to-date with discipline knowledge and professional development.
- A relevant health qualification and experience in practical teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate level;
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of skills teaching and simulated learning in healthcare settings;
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness, passion for educational excellence, and ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
