
Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team.
As a key member of our service and reliability team, you will be responsible for visiting and supporting customers at their sites. This role involves travel and service work within your region and occasional travel outside your region.
Your main responsibilities will include routine preventative service and maintenance, attending breakdowns, identifying faults, commissioning and decommissioning of our fleet.
Requirements- Essential trade or qualifications in Mechanical / Electrical or Heavy Mobile equipment are required
- Dedication to safety and compliance is essential
- Flexible responsiveness to customers' demands – this can occasionally mean working outside normal working hours
- You should be a self-starter who will take ownership of meeting the customer's needs
- Ability to work independently while reporting remotely to the support office
- Familiarity with manufacturing/mining/O&G/production or assembly-plant working conditions is desirable
- Experience working in a workshop/repair environment is required
- Microsoft Office suite competence is necessary
- A valid driver's license is required
- A forklift license is desirable
- Base rate + annual bonus potential + location allowance
