HR Advisory Specialist

The role of the HR Advisory Specialist is to provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, leading investigations and case management activities, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough workplace investigations, preparing comprehensive reports and outcome letters.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and case management activities in a digital platform.
- Offer advice and support to leaders and the People team on ER matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with business priorities and enhance ER service delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on complex ER issues, including policy matters and legislative changes.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve ER processes and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a HR Advisor or ER role.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information.
