Retail Sales Professional Opportunity\

This is a fantastic chance to become an integral part of a dedicated team, supporting individuals with sleep disorders. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone.

Your responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing, collaborating with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans, educating customers and families on sleep disorders and therapy options, fitting and recommending CPAP masks and equipment tailored to individual needs, providing setup, training, and ongoing support for CPAP therapy, following up with customers to ensure therapy compliance and satisfaction, promoting and upselling products and services based on customer needs, maintaining a clean and organized clinic and retail space, handling payments, managing banking procedures, and overseeing stock levels.
