About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will deliver exceptional customer service, foster a positive shopping experience, and support new and expectant parents on their journey. We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, provide personalised assistance and product recommendations.
  • Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
  • Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
  • Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

You're a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Bring To The Team
  • Prior Customer Service Experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High standards in customer service and store presentation.
  • Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15 kgs between floor and shoulder, 10 kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
