We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hilti (Aust) Pty Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of results.
