Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Stripping and sealing floors
  • Shampooing carpets
  • High pressure cleaning of amenities, public areas, escalators, and office spaces
  • Touch point cleaning and machinery usage

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of regular cleaning and machine operation
  • Previous experience with regular cleaning equipment, including polivac, walk behind sweepers/scrubbers, high pressure washers, carpet cleaners, and strip & seal machines
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer service
  • National Police Clearance (12 months) or willingness to obtain
  • Availability to primarily work Monday to Friday 10pm - 6:06am with occasional scheduled weekend work
  • Strong work ethic and outstanding time management skills
  • High standard of work, cleanliness, and attention to detail
