Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Java expert to drive digital transformation and consolidation of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver end-to-end features across back-end and front-end technologies
  • Modernise and consolidate existing platforms and services
  • Lift and shift into new builds rather than maintain legacy code
  • Engage directly with the business to clarify requirements and ask informed questions
  • Collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ship secure, reliable releases
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial experience with Java 17 and Java 21
  • Strong full-stack delivery skills across APIs, services, and modern web front-ends
  • Demonstrated success in digital transformation projects and platform consolidation
  • High autonomy with the ability to self-direct without constant guidance
  • Strong business engagement skills and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven collaboration within cross-team environments

This is a Brisbane-based role requiring full Australian working rights. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
