  • Providing specialist advice and support on fatigue risk management across the business.
  • Assisting the Senior Advisor – Human Factors and Performance in implementing and enhancing the FRMS.
  • Developing fatigue risk assessments specific to tasks and work contexts at the enterprise level.
  • Analysing fatigue-related data and presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Designing and delivering fatigue management training programs.
  • Contributing specialist fatigue input to incident investigations and safety learning.
  • Identifying and supporting continuous improvement and project-based opportunities relating to fatigue risk.
","About You:","
  • A strong mix of technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement capability, and a proactive mindset is required.
  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, human factors, behavioural science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience managing fatigue risks in transportation or heavy industry environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
