Temporary Corporate Law Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support a senior Partner in a fast-paced corporate practice.
- Drafting, proofreading and formatting legal correspondence and documents.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and legal professionals, handling phone and email communications.
- Preparing court filings, client reporting etc.
- Inbox and file management.
- Complex billing.
- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and filing.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a corporate legal environment.
- A strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ongoing organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary looking to take on a short-term engagement in a professional and collegial environment.
