Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialists for opportunities in the New Year across the greater Sydney metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, plant & equipment
  • Diagnostics of electrical issues, troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs
  • Interpretation of blueprints, diagrams and technical specifications
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, wiring and controls
  • Collaborating with maintenance and production teams
  • Maintaining detailed records of work performed, including repairs, installations and inspections
  • FOLLOWING SAFETY-RELATED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES
Requirements
  • Relevant Trade Qualifications - Electrical Fitter
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment such as FMCG, Manufacturing or Rail
  • Solid technical skills in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
  • Experience with preventive maintenance
  • Experience with PLCs eg. Allen Bradley / Siemens (An advantage)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Able to identify opportunities for process improvement
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience. The package also includes benefits such as access to training and development opportunities, recognition and reward programs, and a positive work-life balance.
