Job Title: Technical Services Manager

This role is responsible for managing FOTON Aftersales technical service operations, ensuring that dealer technicians are equipped to service vehicles to manufacturer standards. The incumbent will develop and deliver technical training for FOTON's light trucks and LCVs, including internal combustion and future new energy vehicle models.

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual technical training
  • Develop and update training content
  • Provide in-field technical support
  • Monitor and analyse technical trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical trainer or senior technician in light commercial vehicles, with EV/hybrid knowledge preferred. Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) required.
