**Job Title:** Clinical Specialist - Rhythm Management
**Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team in South Australia. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products and procedures within the region.
This role is based in Adelaide and involves supporting the sales team and customers with implants, patient clinics, technical trouble-shooting, and general assistance.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and clinical skills, experience in building and maintaining customer relationships, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify potential new business opportunities
- Complete relevant administration tasks, including reporting and database management
**Requirements:**
- Previous clinical case experience within an operative environment desired
- Strong technical and clinical skills
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications preferred
