Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing, and transportation of Elevated Work Platforms, including Scissors, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers, and Forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling, and Mining Sectors.

Compensation Package

As a Field Service Technician, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $34.50, ranging from $32.00 to $38.00 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, offering a great work-life balance.

Job Description
  • Maintain our fleet to manufacturer and company standards, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform regular maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing while maintaining compliance with Australian standards.
  • Develop excellent working relationships based on mutual respect with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with various workshop duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, adhering to company protocols and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent mechanical role, conducting services and repairs.
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out basic electrical and hydraulic fault diagnosis and rectification.
  • An ability to take directions and instructions, meeting set delivery schedules and installation deadlines.
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, adapting to changing environments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and being self-motivated.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
  • Current and valid Driver's license.
