Lead Our OSHC Team

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team as the OSH Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs.
  • Lead a team of dedicated educators, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to bring out the best in each team member.
  • Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our young adventurers.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging and partnership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards, maintaining a high standard of care and safety.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Educator with diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
  • Prior leadership experience in OSHC setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging programs.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in OSHC.
  • Current First Aid Certification, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Training, or willingness to obtain.
