Lead Our OSHC Team in Kedron

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSH) team in Kedron. As the Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of our OSH programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
  • Lead a team of dedicated educators, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to bring out the best in each team member.
  • Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our young adventurers.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging and partnership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards, maintaining a high standard of care and safety.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Educator with diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
  • Prior leadership experience in OSHC setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging programs.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in OSHC.
