Electrical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves operating and monitoring CHPP equipment, participating in safety initiatives, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and monitoring CHPP equipment to achieve production targets and ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
  • Participating in proactive safety programs and promoting a high level of safety performance and workplace culture.
  • Working collaboratively with the CHPP team to ensure the achievement of production and other targets.
  • Staying active and creative in making improvements and continuously developing skills and knowledge to achieve highest levels of performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in CHPP operations, control room, process operations, and train loading.
  • Qualification as an electrical tradesperson.
  • Clean coal stockpile dozer competencies or experience.
  • A high regard for personal safety and the safety of colleagues.
  • The ability to follow plans and adapt to challenging environments.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively.
  • A team player with a high level of safety awareness and outstanding performance.
