The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Utilities Engineer to join our team of Water Utility and Civil Engineers on water utilities and infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and project reporting on water utility projects, ensuring they meet program, scope, quality, and financial requirements while achieving positive design outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on various scales of projects across the life cycle – concept, design & construction, management, assessment, and end of life;
  • Engaging with government clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to drive outstanding service delivery;
  • Assisting in growing our water utility service into other clients and markets;
  • Role modeling our expected quality and OH&S behaviours both within project delivery and on the job.
What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of experience as a civil engineer with in-depth knowledge of water utility codes and standards;
  • Experience in the water utilities market;
  • Additional knowledge of 12D is preferred, but not essential;
  • Technical leadership skills, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
