We are seeking a team of mature females with strong professional boundaries to implement evidence-based behavioural support strategies, facilitate community access, and utilise restrictive practices. Person-centred care is crucial for our clients. Workers will need to understand the true meaning of a person-centred approach and have the skills to provide high-quality, respectful care.

Support workers will be required to have a commitment to an ongoing roster, and experience working with clients with complex mental health needs, behaviours of concern, and various mental illnesses. To deliver exceptional outcomes, we require likeminded support workers who uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creativity, Inspiration, Mindfulness & Boldness.

Our support staff must meet the following mandatory compliance requirements:

  • Experience in working with clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Skills and knowledge in managing behaviours of concern.
  • Ability to work with restrictive practices.
  • Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification.
