Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team. In this capacity, you will partner with hiring leaders to understand business requirements, determine effective sourcing channels and methods, develop advertising campaigns, manage and screen applicants, and provide recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including full-cycle recruiting for high-volume award-level roles.
  • Assist with talent acquisition projects, providing relevant advice and market insights to leaders and HR Business Partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with well-demonstrated experience in volume talent acquisition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to adapt and recruit across different divisions. You should have a proven track record of proactively and innovatively sourcing external talent, building and managing relationships with leaders, and demonstrating resilience and drive when working on hard-to-fill roles.
