Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as an MS Dynamics Finance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Business Central) modules to support core finance functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Business Central) modules to support core finance functions.
  • Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
  • Support financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
  • Lead financial data migration, integration, and reconciliation activities within Dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit standards, and internal controls.
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver end-to-end finance system solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to finance users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Business Central).
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Reporting).
  • Proven ability to configure and optimize Dynamics finance modules.
  • Experience with financial data migration, integration, and reconciliation.
  • Prior professional experience in finance/accounting roles before transitioning into Dynamics consulting or implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
