Current Opening:This role is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities and Tasks:- Analyze technical schematics and specifications for the installation of electronic equipment and solar energy systems.
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems, ensuring secure mounting, proper connections to inverters, and optimal alignment for maximum energy capture.
- Identify issues with solar panels, inverters, or electrical components and execute necessary repairs, including troubleshooting wiring problems, replacing defective parts, or adjusting settings for peak performance.
- Perform electrical wiring tasks; connect solar panels to inverters, batteries, and the electrical grid while ensuring safety standards are met.
- Conduct thorough testing to verify that the entire solar system operates correctly, checking voltage, current, and system performance under various conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs; monitor system performance and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- At least two years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Relevant qualifications in the field are preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in electronic systems and equipment.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electronic systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and other tradespeople.
- Willingness to travel for work as required.
The position offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $90,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
