As a key member of our retail team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in visual merchandising and customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the leadership team in managing daily store operations and supervising a team of sales associates. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer experiences through outstanding product knowledge, service, and problem-solving skills.

This role involves leading by example, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and being able to research and describe features and benefits. You will also be required to maintain high standards of store presentation, including keeping the shop floor and stockroom tidy.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the store leadership team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive store environment. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong focus on operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service role
  • Experience with operational supervision of a store is highly desirable
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service to multiple customers
