Business Operations Management is a vital function within any organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage deliverables in administration, IT, health, safety, environment and community
- Measure efficiencies of operational performance and drive continuous improvement
- Provide strong leadership and create an inclusive environment to motivate and guide the operations function
Responsibilities also include managing and maintaining a quality management system, overseeing facilities management and optimising company policies and procedures.
A degree qualified or certified professional in business or commerce, with extensive management experience preferably in an engineering business, is required for this role. Strong analytical skills and high level verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to manage competing demands is also crucial.
