Job Title: Finance Business PartnerWe are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill the role of Finance Business Partner. In this critical position, you will provide strategic financial advice to key stakeholders and support various business projects.
- Provide trusted financial guidance to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies.
- Conduct in-depth reviews on project budgets to ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.
- Support and manage finances for projects within the organization, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports to inform business decisions.
- Compare actual vs budget expense accounts on the Profit and Loss Statement to identify areas for improvement.
- Review project tenders and assess their profitability and risk to make informed decisions.
- Assist in addressing queries from various stakeholders to maintain open communication channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- At least 3 years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role.
- Able to operate under ambiguity and develop new ideas and business solutions.
- Ability to influence, manage, and prioritize across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in delivering commercial outcomes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as BST, financial transaction systems, and data analytics tools like Planning Analytics (TM1), PowerBi is highly desirable.
- A high level of competency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in a project environment is highly desirable.
