Behavioural Therapy Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioural Therapy Assistant to join our team. This role involves working with families and children to deliver behaviour therapy services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and progress towards certification as a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA/BCBA).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced therapy supervisors, receive hands-on training in behaviour therapy, and participate in a training program for therapy supervisors.

Key responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy sessions in homes and schools, providing support to families, and maintaining accurate records.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be enrolled or intend to enrol in an ABA master's or graduate certificate program, have completed your undergraduate degree, and possess relevant experience in behaviour therapy.

We are looking for someone who is open to feedback, motivated to learn, and has a strong desire for career progression within the field of ABA and behaviour support.

Requirements
  • Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week
