Senior Site Quality Lead

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Quality Manager to lead our site quality initiatives. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise to ensure that our site operations meet the highest standards of quality.
">- We are looking for someone who can collaborate with our site installation team to ensure that all work is completed safely and in accordance with customer requirements, schedule, and quality standards.
- Key responsibilities will include ensuring all QA/QC inspections and testing follow the Quality Plan and assisting with inspections as per Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), coordinating tests with specialized service providers (e.g., NDTs).
- The successful candidate will perform site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues found.
- They will also be responsible for developing and implementing the site quality plan in line with contract and company policies, fostering a commitment to quality within the site team.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and customer regulatory requirements is essential for this role.
Relevant experience includes a university education in QA/QC, certification according to quality standards, qualifications in welding inspection, previous experience in a senior or management-level position, and proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.
