About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented data analyst to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and drive performance improvements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with Sales, Human Resources, and Production departments to identify opportunities for growth.

    • Reporting Excellence: Maintain high standards, identify inefficiencies in Power BI dashboards, and provide recommendations for improvement.

    • Master Data Management: Update and manage real-time master data in coordination with relevant departments and projects.

    • Automation Opportunities: Work with Supply Chain and Production department to identify automation, simplification, and standardization opportunities in business processes.

    • System Evaluation: Engage with the SAP owner to evaluate and recommend changes for the current ERP system.

    • Project Management: Define technology and resource requirements into project streams using project management and agile methodologies.

    • Internal Management System: Understand business processes by liaising with departmental teams and cross-functional teams.

    • Quality Assurance: Utilize scrum techniques to scope new metrics and system test plans to enhance quality and integrity of system.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • • A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a data analysis or system analysis role

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Excel, or similar
