About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our VP and Country Manager of ANZ. As a key member of our ANZ Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear understanding of the ANZ business priorities and manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars to maximize time effectiveness.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and assist with management of budget for travel and events.
  • Own and help manage the rhythm of the business in close partnership with the VP and ANZ Leadership team.
  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for conferences and special events.
  • Act as a liaison and trusted partner for the VP, relaying and exchanging information with others.
  • Anticipate the VP's needs and proactively assemble the appropriate people and resources to solve problems.
  • Field and funnel incoming requests, exercising strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information.
  • Lead, drive, and execute on various team events, socials, offsite meetings, and other initiatives.
  • Meet deadlines by maintaining an organized approach, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple work activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide backup support for other EAs in APJ and help the team work efficiently together.
  • Provide program management services to the ANZ Leadership team for key programs around initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, sales excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years of work experience in the capacity of an Executive Assistant supporting multiple remote executives.
  • Ability to actively manage projects in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility working independently or partnering with various teams, with flexibility to travel as needed (up to 10%).
  • Proven ability to interact in a professional manner with Executives, Customers, Prospects, Board Members, Investors, and Internal Teams.
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
  • Extensive experience with arrangement of complex schedules and logistics, at times, across multiple time zones, with expertise in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, lead priorities, and accurately set expectations.
  • Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
