Data Centre Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Security Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the security of our data centres and ensuring the safety of our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our data centres and assets
- Manage and oversee the work of security personnel and vendors to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate security risks and threats
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective security operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our security measures are current and effective
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data centre security management, preferably in a cloud computing environment
- Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and regulations, including AWS security best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
