**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Care Specialist Trainee to join our team in the ICU/CCU at Canterbury Hospital.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of Critical Care specialists
  • Develop expertise in ICU/CCU through comprehensive training and experience
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

**Requirements for Success:**

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment with rotating roster, including 12-hour shifts and on-call duties
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
