Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to lead and support field investigations, including soil, groundwater, vapour, and surface water analysis. This is a chance to join our team and contribute to the growth of our project base across South Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related discipline, and 3-7 years' experience in consulting, with a focus on contaminated land or environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support field investigations, including soil, groundwater, vapour, and surface water analysis.
  • Deliver Phase 1 and 2 environmental assessments, including PSIs, DSIs, and RAPs.
  • Analyse environmental data and prepare reports.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support proposal development and project costings.
  • Work closely with senior consultants, site auditors, and our interstate teams.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related discipline.
  • 3-7 years' experience in consulting, with a focus on contaminated land or environmental management.
  • Knowledge of SA EPA legislation, NEPM, and relevant guidelines.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Comfortable managing fieldwork and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
