About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician to support our production process by analyzing data and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support supervisors with improvement activities and review daily lost unit logs with countermeasures.
  2. Conduct weekly/monthly analysis and reporting of downtime events, including root cause identification and corrective actions.

Main Tasks:

  • Review and update area Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) boards and conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and analyze Preventative and predictive maintenance activities, including Safety and Compliance PMs, to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering or formal qualifications in reliability maintenance, such as Six Sigma certification.
  • Minimum 5 years working within Manufacturing or a sector with robotics, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong technical and analytic skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with experience in troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
