Key Role: Territory Manager

Boston Scientific seeks a skilled Territory Manager to drive sales targets and customer satisfaction in the Neuromodulation division.

The core responsibility of this role is to develop business growth through focused planning, territory execution, and relationship building with existing and new customers. This involves delivering annual revenue commitments, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining company assets.

  • Create and execute on territory plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive new business in assigned territories
  • Plan and develop market strategies for products aligned with divisional objectives
  • Collaborate with the Neuromodulation team to identify engagement opportunities
  • Maintain all company assets in good order
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated commercial experience with a track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-focused approach with resilience and flexibility
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tertiary education in a medical, science, or business field
Desirable Skills:
  • Prior experience in the medical devices industry
  • Knowledge of Neuromodulation products
  • Ability to manage a territory effectively
About the Role:

This is a hybrid remote-based position in Mascot, NSW 2020. Work authorization in Australia is preferred.
