Leadership Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team to meet business objectives and performance targets.
- Oversee the monitoring and reporting of service delivery weekly, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain operational controls that meet regulatory compliance standards.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging deep understanding of the role and its impact.
- Proactively manage risk and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies, report hazards, and promote a safe work environment.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness across the team and organization.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field (preferred, not essential).
- 5+ years' experience leading teams in a complex service environment.
- Proven background in managing insurance claims.
- Skilled in leading remote, high-performing teams and managing performance effectively.
- Strong conflict resolution and client management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of property claims legislation and regulations.
- Understanding of general insurance and broker environments.
- Awareness of industry trends and innovations in claims service.
- Commercial thinker with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
