We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reach Stacker operator to join our team at Talent Vision 360. As a key player in the Minerals and Energy sector, we require a professional who can safely load and unload equipment using cranes, efficiently manage and optimize yard storage space, and operate a variety of equipment, including 2T - 16T forklifts, Mobicon, and Reach stackers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely load and unload equipment using cranes
  • Efficiently manage and optimize yard storage space
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including 2T - 16T forklifts, Mobicon, and Reach stackers (valid licenses required)
  • Assist with loading diverse equipment
  • Follow quarantine-approved procedures during equipment remediation
  • Perform heat shrink wrapping on materials, equipment, and large machinery
  • Contribute to load restraint processes
  • Support general warehouse activities as needed
  • Uphold the company's safety standards and policies
Requirements
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with a disciplined approach
  • Current High-Risk License with Reach Stacker certification for Non-Slewing Mobile Cranes
  • Experience in rigging and dogging
  • Background in dismantling and reassembling plant equipment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of fumigation processes using Ethol Format, Pestigas, and Super flex (highly desirable)
  • Ability to safely consolidate and pack dangerous goods for sea transport
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • A 'can-do' mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
