Fitness Development Specialist

As a Fitness Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the physical and mental well-being of our members. This involves designing and delivering diverse training programs to ensure peak performance and overall fitness.

  • Develop and implement high-performance strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups.
  • Design injury prevention programs and provide reconditioning services.
  • Teach mental wellness education and conduct adventure training activities such as abseiling and climbing.
  • Organize and lead recreational and sporting activities that promote teamwork and camaraderie.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong background in sports science, exercise physiology or a related field, along with experience in teaching and coaching. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential qualities for this position.
